For over a decade, I have been accompanying people on their individual life journeys.
My work as a counselor and therapist is rooted in deep respect for the uniqueness of each person and a strong belief in their full potential.
Openness, respect, and equality are the core values that guide my practice. In our sessions, I combine empathy and creativity with clarity and focus.
I don’t just listen — I tune in to what remains unspoken.
With my open and warm-hearted approach, I create a safe space where people can freely explore their thoughts and emotions. At the same time, I keep an eye on what truly matters and support my clients in gaining clarity about their situation and developing concrete steps toward meaningful change.
My curiosity and sense of humor are constant companions in my work.
Sometimes, it’s a light-hearted perspective that opens up new ways of seeing — helping us navigate even difficult situations with greater ease.
If desired, I also incorporate art therapy methods into my sessions.
Creative expression can offer powerful access to new insights and inner transformation. As a trained art therapist, I am happy to include this approach when it feels right for you.
Over the years, I have worked as an art therapist in various acute psychiatric clinics and on an acute psychosomatic care unit, gaining deep insights into mental health care. My commitment to social engagement led me to work with OlamAid, supporting refugees in Greece and people affected by flooding in Germany through therapeutic art projects. Today, I bring this rich experience into my work as an independent systemic counselor in my own practice.

By the end of the counseling, I felt much clearer and knew how to approach my partner – and that really strengthened our relationship.
